As much as it pains my soul to get on here and pour my heart out, here I am. It is hard asking for help and even harder to accept it. My name is Brittany Philpot and I'm a mother to 4 awesome children! They are the reason I live and breathe, and to be quite honest, the reason I'm still pushing through the most difficult time in my life!
This fundraiser is to simply ask for help getting through these hard financial times. With my husband gone, it has left me, with my four children, and only my income to support them. I'm asking for my community, friends, and family to help in any way possible; no amount is too small. I understand that it is hard for everyone right now. So if you cannot donate, please keep us in your prayers.
- My goal is to raise enough money to pay the back taxes owed on our home, so we don’t lose it. To pay the money towards my past due bills that are delinquent, and to pay on my car before I lose it. My vehicle is the only means of transportation for all four of my children. My daughter also has a vehicle, but I currently have to pay the money to get it back and fixed. This is also an expense that would be a blessing to be able to afford. It would allow her to get to and from high school and work on her own. She is trying to work and save money for college next year. She is an awesome kid and an awesome student. She currently holds a 4.06 GPA.
I have fought the good fight and made it through many obstacles in life, and I have persevered throughout them all. This one unfortunately, has really taken a toll on my family.
