Those of us who know Brittany know that she is a lot of heart, laughter, and love in a tiny package. She is also a force to be reckoned with, and whether it is her humor or her immense listening skills, it is almost impossible not to feel lighter when around her.
Undoubtedly, this is also a testament to Brittany’s immense love of Jesus Christ. Many of us have been blessed to call her a friend for years, and there isn’t anyone who wouldn’t also do the same immediately after a first conversation.
This year started her on a very unexpected journey after a trip to the ER for pain turned into a whirlwind of surgeries, scans, and a diagnosis of cancer. Her signature stubbornness is serving her well, as she has been digging in and throwing all she can at this detour in addition to the surgery including chemo, integrative medicine, and most importantly, prayer. Through it all, her faith has been unwavering and God has already shown up in immense ways. He continues to do so.
Brittany has completed her first chemo and has many in front of her, and unfortunately, bills and living expenses are piling up after being unable to work since January.
The generosity of this gofundme would go to helping Brittany pay her medical bills and living expenses, including the 4 months of chemo treatments ahead, past ER and medical bills since January, and living expenses including rent, car payment, groceries etc.
As a singer-songwriter, artist, and writer, Brittany has her art, music, and books that would be another great way to show support.
