Hi everyone,
I've been going back and forth about sharing this. My car was recently broken into, and all of my camera equipment and work essentials were stolen. I filed a police report, though it's unlikely any of it will be recovered. I'm creating this fundraiser to help replace the essential equipment I need to get back to work and rebuild after this loss.
What was taken:
- Sony a7IV camera body (~$2,500)
- Sony GM 50mm lens (~$2,500)
- Sony GM 24–70mm lens (~$2,300)
- Sony flash + accessories (~$500)
- Computer (~$1,000)
- SD cards + small gear (~$300)
- Cash (~$1,000)
As many of you know, photography is more than a job for me. It's how I create, connect, and support myself. Losing these tools so suddenly has been difficult, both financially and emotionally.
In addition to the cost of replacing my computer and equipment, I've also had to cancel sessions that were already booked, which has created an immediate loss of income at a time when I'm working hard to build stability.
