For those willing to open this and read our story, thank you. It is with both vulnerability and hope that we continue to share these significant chapters of our lives with you. For the past 5 years Josh and I have struggled with infertility and reoccurring miscarriage challenges. During these years we have both undergone a multitude of tests and surgeries only to be diagnosed with unexplained infertility. This means that all of our lab results and tests come back positive and normal, yet we are still unable to become pregnant or provide a safe space for our baby to grow without putting my own body in severe danger. These past 5 years we have done 9 rounds of IUI (Intrauterine Insemination). Round 1 did not result in a pregnancy, 2 & 3 ended in heartbreaking missed miscarriages, 4 did not result in a pregnancy, 5 gave us our perfect girl but put my own body at risk, 6-8 did not result in pregnancies, and round 9 ended in a complete miscarriage that absolutely destroyed us. With that being said, our next step moving forward to complete our family is IVF (In Vitro Fertilization). I swore we would never get to the point where we would be reaching out for monetary support, but attempting to build our family out of pocket these last 5 years has taken it's toll on us financially.

For those of you that are familiar with fertility issues, you understand the heartbreak of everything as well as the huge financial challenge of it all as most insurances do not deem fertility treatments as "medically necessary" and will not cover these treatments. Up to this point we have paid everything out of pocket and unfortunately have reached our financially capacity. With full transparency, we are looking at about $20,000 for Ultrasounds, Bloodwork, Procedures, Lab Fees, Facility Fees, and the Embryo Transfer. This doesn't cover medications which are unknown at this time.

At times, our pride has made us feel as though we need to do this all on our own and has stopped us from asking for help. We have opened up our hearts to you in sharing our story over these years and ask if you have the means to help to please do so. We love and appreciate you all.
