My name is Bri, and I am 22 years old. I've been experiencing migraines, balance changes, and vision changes. I was referred to a neurologist, and they ordered a brain MRI, where they found a tumor in my pituitary gland that is causing these problems. This tumor is also messing with my hormones and causing low cortisol, which was tested by my neurosurgeon. My surgery will be performed on April 7, and I was told I need to be on medical leave from my job for at least a month. It will be hard for me to stay out of work since I have a few bills that I need to take care of, and I do not want to stress about them while I am recovering. I want to have a stress-free and good recovery. My family will be with me while I recover. Thank you for reading.
