After your donations and the vet chipped in and covered the cost of additional xrays and ultrasound, Bri had her surgery! Yay! Once the vet started the surgery she found that the foreign body lodged in her small intestine was actually the results of a deadly fungal infection. Fortunately, the vet had seen this before in one of her own dogs and knew Bri had a slim chance...but still a chance. She removed a foot of small intestine and an inch of two of large.
