On Friday, we rescued a sweet dog who desperately needed a second chance from a shelter in Texas. We named him Brigid and he is the sweetest boy. At first, he was weak but began showing signs of improvement over the weekend. We were so hopeful.

Late Sunday night, everything changed. He suddenly began to decline, and we rushed him to the emergency vet. There, we learned that he has pneumonia, sepsis, and needs oxygen support and hospitalization to survive. Our hearts are breaking, he has already been through so much, and all we want is to give him the chance to heal and experience the love and safety he deserves.

Emergency care and hospitalization are costly, but they are his best chance at recovery. We are asking for help to cover his medical expenses, including:

Oxygen therapy

IV fluids and medications

Continuous monitoring and care
