Help Briella Get to NeuroWerks Physical Therapy Intensive!
We are so excited to get Briella back to NeuroWerks Physical Therapy Intensive this May 2026 for a two-week intensive in Bonita Springs Florida!
Neurowerks is a physical therapy center specializing in intensive functional training for Children and Adults with neurological disorders and we need your help to get her there! Donations received will go towards the cost of two weeks of physical therapy, flights and hotel!
Physical therapy intensives have been a game changer in helping Briella become stronger and reach new milestones in mobility as she lives with Cerebral Palsy. We saw how much progress and strength she made in 2021, 2023, 2024 and in 2025 during her two-week intensives we knew we had to come back to continue to help Briella get stronger, more independent and refresh her home exercise program.
We Need Your Help!
NeuroWerks like many pediatric physical therapy intensive locations books a year in advance so getting a spot is such a blessing and the intensive therapy program at NeuroWerks is life changing!! Briella will be doing a 10 day intensive program for 3 hours everyday!!
Unfortunately, NeuroWerks does not take insurance and we are in need of fundraising for Briella to go!! Funds raised will go towards the out of pocket cost for her two week therapy session with NeuroWerks plus the cost of travel and hotel expenses while we are there. This will be Briella’s 5th time working with NeuroWerks physical therapist and we are hoping we can raise enough funds in time for her to go! We are excited to watch Briella shine and gain more strength, confidence and better mobility as she puts in over 30 hours of hard work during this two week physical therapy intensive!
Briella’s Journey with Cerebral Palsy
Briella is our happy, smiley and determined 11 year old girl who lives with Spastic Diplegia Cerebral Palsy. Briella was born 6 weeks early weighing only 3lbs 11oz and spent the first 24 days of her life fighting in the NICU. She was diagnosed with CP at 21 months old. At 3 1/2 Briella underwent a life changing lower spinal surgery called Selective Dorsal Rhizotomy (SDR) to help rid her body of the spasticity (tightness) in her legs allowing for greater independence and mobility in all of life’s adventures. The surgery has been a blessing for Briella as she has worked so hard to gain so many new milestones. With surgery comes many years of intensive physical therapy programs to keep Briella’s strength, confidence, flexibility and mobility on track so we can AVOID any further surgeries in the future as she grows into adulthood. We are so excited that Briella got a two week intensive spot this year at NeuroWerks! She will be putting in 30 hours of hard work while we are there! Thank you ALL for your continued support, prayers, blessings and following along her journey these last 11 years as we raise awareness for CP and help advocate for how incredible these intensive therapy programs are for our warriors!
