Bridget is my dear friend, and right now she’s facing one of the toughest challenges of her life. She recently underwent open heart surgery and has a long road to recovery ahead. During this time, her daughter Kathleen—who is also a single mom—has stepped in as her primary caregiver. Because of this, both Bridget and Kathleen are unable to work, leaving them without any income to cover their basic needs.

The financial strain is overwhelming. Medical bills and medications are piling up, and daily expenses like groceries and utilities don’t stop just because life gets hard. Bridget and Kathleen are doing everything they can to stay strong, but they need our help to get through this difficult time.
