Bridget Green, age 49 who lives in Alabama was recently diagnosed with stage IV Colon Cancer on February 19th, 2024. What started out as an emergency visit to the hospital due to trouble with bowel movements was later determined to be caused from a late stage of colon cancer. Since the cancer has spread passed the colon, a 4cm tumor was discovered attached to the liver along with it spreading to other regions. Bridget is undergoing chemotherapy, other treatments and various medications during this time to increase her odds of extending her chances of survival. Chemotherapy along with the other procedures takes a lot out of a person, making it impossible for her to continue working for an income. Bridget has been working at Applebees, serving the great people of Ozark Alabama for many years. While married during this medical trial, she no longer has an income and adhering to costs such as travel, treatments, medications and other expenses. Bridget is asking for any help to help alleviate the stress and cost she is enduring during this time. Prayers and kind words are always accepted especially in these times of despair.
