My dearest friends Bridget and Karman recently lost their beloved doggie Francine "Franny" Fishpaw. Franny was a tiny queen and the heartbeat of their family. Her gorgeous eyes were always looking to her human family and friends as well as her pet siblings Taffy, June, and Yoko. She was a doggie empath and had the ability to connect with all who knew her. Sadly, Franny recently passed after multiple medical issues swirled into a perfect storm. She needed to spend 7 nights at the vet. The medical team did everything they could to help stabilize her, but unfortunately Franny passed away.

In addition to mourning this loss, Bridget and Karman are now stuck with nearly $13k in medical bills. If you own a pet, you know how this can all add up fast. I've encouraged Bridget and Karman to accept help from their community during this difficult time. As always, absolutely any amount will help. And if you're not in a position to give, well-wishes are equally appreciated.
