In Loving Memory of Victor Brice Kounde Mouofo
Born in Yaoundé, Cameroon in 1997, Victor Brice Kounde Mouofo lived a life of courage, faith, and determination. At age 13, a mysterious illness left him crippled, yet he refused to be defined by pain. Through surgeries, therapy, and countless challenges — including the loss of his father, Mr. Robert Mouofo — Brice pressed on with unshakable faith and drive, supported by his loving mother and kind philanthropists.
Despite all odds, he earned a degree in Microbiology and was admitted for a Master’s in Neurology, inspired to understand his own condition and help others facing neurological challenges. Alongside, he completed computer science certifications online and later received a U.S. visa, hopeful to begin a new chapter.
In October 2025, Brice was offered a science teaching position in the United States, joyfully saying, “My American dream is about to start.” Sadly, before he could begin, his health suddenly declined, and he passed away on October 25, 2025, at Holy Cross Hospital, just days before starting his first job.
A fervent servant of God, Brice worshipped and fellowshipped with Christ Embassy, Hope Presbyterian Church Bowie, and the World Changers Association during his time in America.
Now, his grieving family seeks help to bring Brice’s body home to Cameroon for a peaceful resting place. Their hearts are broken, and closure can only come when he is laid to rest beside his loved ones.
Every contribution, no matter how small, will help honor Brice’s extraordinary journey and return him to the home he loved.
Luke 6:38 – “Give, and it will be given to you.”
Maya Angelou – “When we give cheerfully and accept gratefully, everyone is blessed.”
Let’s bless Victor’s memory, comfort his family, and be blessed in return.
