10-13 Need Assistance

Hello, my name is Brian, and I’ve had an extremely difficult 2025 so far. Right now, things are beginning to come to a head, and I could definitely use some help within my network of friends, former co-workers, acquaintances, family, and basically anyone who can find it in their heart to help out someone who has rarely shied away from trying to help others in the past. Unfortunately, I’m the one who needs help right now.

I’m in the process of finding a new apartment, unless I can stay where I’m currently residing in White Plains. Luckily, both my pension and my job enable me to pay my rent, utilities, groceries, etc., moving forward, but I’ve accumulated rent arrears that have me facing the possibility of having to move. It’s extremely humbling, and I have personally debated going this avenue for quite some time now, but have basically exhausted any and all other means at this point.
