Hello,

My name is Brian and I have been going through a lot of medical procedures at the Mayo Clinic and this past summer was diagnosed with ALS. I have also recently transferred my care to the M Health Fairview University of Minnesota Medical Center.

I never thought I would have to ask for help but I am looking for support to continue to be able to afford where I live and be able to maintain stability. This way I can focus on my medical care.

I am doing my best to live each day in peace and stay positive. In an effort to try and make a difference for others I am involved in the ALS Association and am part of a mission to work towards a cure for this disease that currently has no cure.
