Help Brianna Heal From Life-Threatening MRSA, Facial Surgery & Loss of Eye Muscle
Hi, my name is Brianna, and I’m reaching out in the most vulnerable chapter of my life. I’ve been hospitalized four times while battling severe, flesh-eating infections, including MRSA orbital cellulitis—a dangerous infection that spread aggressively.
This infection didn't just threaten my sight — it began eating away at part of my eye muscle, forcing me to undergo an emergency orbitotomy to drain a periorbital abscess and save my life.
My Current Medical Journey:
- Left periorbital abscess
- MRSA-positive screen
- Emergency orbitotomy with abscess surgery
- CT scans confirming inflammation and necrotic tissue in the left orbit
- Facing future cicatricial ectropion surgery due to significant scarring and loss of orbicularis muscle
- Diagnosed with flesh-eating bacteria (necrosis) affecting my face and eye
- Struggling with deep pain, swelling, and loss of muscle functionality in my face
This journey has been terrifying, painful, and isolating. I never imagined I’d be navigating multiple hospital stays, life-altering facial infections, and now facing reconstructive surgery to rebuild what has been lost.
As a holistic health coach and wellness advocate, I’ve always dedicated myself to helping others feel their best — body, mind, and soul. Now, I’m the one in need of care, healing, and support.
I’m asking for your help to cover:
- Medical bills from 4 hospitalizations and multiple surgeries
- IV antibiotics, medications, and post-op care
- Upcoming reconstructive surgery to repair the damage and restore my appearance
