my name is Brianna, and I’m a 30-year-old single mother of two amazing children Brandon and Bria. For the past five years, I’ve been living with ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis), a disease that slowly takes away the body’s ability to move, speak, eat, and eventually breathe on its own.
ALS is often called a “cruel disease” because while it weakens the body, the mind remains completely aware. I still feel every emotion, every moment, every bit of love — but my body just doesn’t always cooperate. Over time, I’ve lost much of my physical strength, and the daily tasks most people take for granted have become difficult or even impossible.
Despite it all, my biggest motivation continues to be my children. Brandon and Bria are my world, my reason to keep fighting, smiling, and finding joy even on the hardest days. They remind me that love is stronger than any illness.
Living with ALS is not only physically challenging but also financially overwhelming. The costs of ongoing medical care, equipment, home modifications, and mobility support are immense. As a single mom, I do everything I can to make sure my kids have stability, love, and a sense of normalcy, but the expenses are simply more than I can manage on my own.
Your support, whether through a donation, sharing our story, or simply sending prayers and love means more to us than words can say. Every contribution helps me continue to create memories with my kids , focus on my health, and maintain some peace of mind during this journey.
Thank you for taking the time to read my story Your kindness and generosity bring light into our lives and help me keep moving forward with hope.
