Support Brian Victorine Fight Cancer
Donation protected
My sister Chris and I would like to support our brother-in-law, Brian and sister, Cathy in the fight of their life. In late April, Brian was diagnosed with kidney cancer that has moved to his lungs. Since then, the family has been working closely with a team of doctors to establish plans forward: sadly, Advanced Renal Cell Carcinoma is not curable, however is treatable. This diagnosis is the beginning of a long journey for the Victorine's.
Brian has been unable to work as he has had many complications since the diagnosis in April. This past Thursday he was admitted to Edward Hospital with chest pain and shortness of breath. It turned out to be extensive pulmonary emboli and he was transferred to Loyola Hospital. He is scheduled to have a Thrombectomy procedure in the next day or so to hopefully remove some of the blood clots/tumor in the heart.
Brian won’t be able to continue immunotherapy treatment to shrink the tumor until this is resolved, so we are praying for quick results.
Please keep Brian and his family in your thoughts and we thank you so much for all your prayers, well wishes, and support.
