I’m starting this fundraiser on behalf of my uncle, Brian Rose. Shortly after retiring, Brian was unexpectedly diagnosed with a serious throat cancer called Squamous Cell Carcinoma. What should have been the beginning of a new chapter filled with freedom and adventure has instead turned into a long and difficult fight.

Cancer treatment is not only physically and emotionally draining, but also financially overwhelming. Even with insurance, the costs of ongoing care, medications, and travel add up quickly. This battle will last for years, and the stress of mounting bills is taking away from the retirement Brian has worked so hard for.

Brian is a true outdoorsman. He loves spending time in nature, hunting, fishing, and especially crafting his hand-made duck calls. His dream has always been to spend retirement fully immersed in the great outdoors, and I want to help him keep that dream alive despite this diagnosis.
