Hello! My name is Brandon Lizotte, and I am here to ask for your support in my dad, Brian Lizotte's cancer fight. On November 4th, everything changed for our family. What presented as a stroke, followed by a late-night ride to Maine Medical Center, turned into the discovery of an extremely large Glioblastoma brain tumor. Surgery immediately followed the morning of November 5th, where they were able to remove the majority of the tumor. Since then, it has been hospital stays, a little while in a rehab facility, until finally, we were able to bring Dad home.

With the medical plan in place, he will be traveling from Lebanon to Portland, Maine, five days a week for both chemotherapy and radiation at the same time, for the next 6 weeks. This 6-week stretch is followed by 4 weeks off, and then we start all over again with another double dose round of treatment for another 6 weeks. With his condition after surgery, rehab, and now starting phases of treatment, his longtime girlfriend Kim has had to leave her job to take care of Brian full-time. Medical bills, medical supplies, and travel expenses for treatment, compiled with a very small income currently, are making it an even more difficult situation for our family.
