Update: As of 12/04 we have successfully met our goal and now are able to completely cover the cost of our father’s cremation. This is all thanks to the amazing people in our lives. We could not have done this without you! Your generosity does not go unnoticed and we will forever be grateful for you.

If any additional funds are received after 12/04 we will use towards the purchase of a nicer urn & possible keepsakes for his children.

We are raising funds to cover the cost of our father Brian Leno Lopes funeral service after his passing. Any donation, no matter how small, will help alleviate the financial strain on our family during this difficult time.

Our father faced many health battles in the years before his passing. He was on a fixed income, only receiving disability allowing him to just get by. He tried many times over to get life insurance but was ultimately denied each time due to pre-existing conditions. He loved us kids, one of our final conversations. he expressed how sad he was to have nothing to leave us nothing to help alleviate financial strain. I told him we don’t need anything from him. We just want him here unfortunately that wasn’t the case. After many years of dialysis and fighting an uphill battle with diabetes and congestive heart failure, my dad‘s body couldn’t fight any longer November 30 at 6:30 AM. I got the call. My dad was gone. I couldn’t fix him while he was here. I could only love him & I will continue to love him. This is why we are asking for help during this time.

Hold tight to your loved ones let them know how much they mean to you. Losing my dad has left a hole in my heart and I don’t know how to move forward. I just want to get past this part and have him taken care of. He was my dad … ❤️‍
