- This is Brian and Charlene Stephenson. They are an amazing couple going thru a major health issue. Brian began having liver issues in 2019. Doctors haven’t been able to figure out why his liver has decided to turn against his own body. These past few years have been a roller coaster of health issues from feeling good to being hospitalized in Denver with testing not showing any source of the problem. In the recent few months, his liver failed to the point that he was admitted in Omaha mid April and is now hopefully receiving a liver transplant in the next day or two. Charlene has had her share of health issues as well. As you can imagine these issues are causing a financial burden on them. Between being away from home and the bills, it can be stressful. The goal is to get the transplant and come home recovered to enjoy the pending birth of their first grandbaby. They are truly amazing people who have helped numerous people from all over thru their non profit horse therapy program in Alliance, Nebraska. Now is the time to give back to them.
