Hi everyone, my name is Mrs. Walker, and you may know me as HelloMrsWalker on TikTok.
We are here to honor and recognize an incredibly brave student, Bri Jones, a survivor of the Apalachee High School shooting in Winder, Georgia (Barrow County).
During that terrifying moment, Bri made a decision that helped save lives. When someone knocked on the classroom door, she paused, looked, and trusted her instincts. Because of her quick thinking and courage, she was able to protect her teacher and classmates from danger.
Bri is a hero!!!!
She showed bravery, strength, and awareness beyond her years and she listened to the lessons her mother (Denise Mitchell) taught her about staying alert and paying attention to her surroundings.
And yet, her story has not been widely recognized or honored the way it deserves to be.
With full permission from her family, I’ve created this fundraiser to support Bri Jones and her family as they continue to move forward after this life changing experience.
ALL FUNDS RAISED will go directly to Bri and her family to support her future, her healing, and any needs they may have during this time.
If you’re able to donate, even a small amount makes a difference.
And if you can’t donate, please share her story.
Let’s come together as a community to recognize real courage.
Let’s honor Bri Jones.

Message to explain attached images from Denise Mitchell (Mom): The first one is me on the fence. I tried climbing it because they weren’t allowing parents on the field to get to our kids immediately. I thought at least one of mine were killed because they no longer answered the phone. The police grabbed me off the fence. Once they opened the other side, I ran to my babies. They found me
