Hi All! My name is Delainey. I am Brett’s daughter.

On July 15th, this wonderful man was outside on a deck in this heat and began having a tight chest and pains. He then drove himself to urgent care. He sat outside wondering if he should even go inside, because Brett is very laid back and doesn’t like to make things a big deal, especially if it is about himself…as many of you know, he is very selfless. He went inside and they tested him and found he was having a heart attack. He was then put in an ambulance and rushed to PVH. They told him if he didn’t come in then, he wouldn’t have made it through the night, which is absolutely heartbreaking to hear. He had to have a surgery where a stent was put through his wrist. He is now recovering.

With that being said, I am trying to raise $10,000 as medical bills are so very expensive. My dad is so kindhearted and thoughtful of others. He would give so many humans the shirt off of his own back if it would help them. Anything you can give helps more than you will know. I understand times can be tight, so a prayer, best wishes, kind messages and sharing this post are also so very appreciated.
