Support Brett Fontenot's Fight Against Cancer

Our dear friend Brett Fontenot has recently been diagnosed with throat cancer, and some of you may already have heard the difficult news.

Married for 25 years this October, he and his wife have been blessed with one child, who is now a teenager! For years, Brett has been a dedicated math teacher, mentor, motivational speaker, Florida Math Supervisor, and professional learning facilitator—making a remarkable impact on students and educators throughout Central Florida.

Now, Brett and his family are facing a cancer therapy journey. For the next couple of months, he will be in Houston, Texas, for daily radiation and weekly chemotherapy treatment. Having supported another friend through her own battle with cancer, I understand just how challenging this journey can be. With our help and support, Brett and his family will not walk it alone.
