On April 1st, 2025, the congregations that meet in the Brentwood/Oakley kingdom hall received a letter from the branch asking us to prepare for an upcoming Congregation Elders School in Spanish scheduled for:

Dates: Monday, September 22 – Friday, September 26, 2025

Location: South Hall, Kingdom Hall — 2401 Smith Rd, Brentwood, CA 94513

In the letter, we were encouraged to ask for help and support from the neighboring congregations. We would like to kindly request your assistance in providing the following items for the week of school:

- 4 bags of coffee

- 150 pots of cream

- Tea

- 400 sugar (various packages)

- Stirring sticks

- 400 (8 oz.) coffee cups
