Brenden just graduated medical school last May, got married to Jordyn several weeks after graduation, and moved to Wichita to start his residency at KU. They found out a few months into residency that they were expecting a baby, May of 2026.

What should be one of the happiest seasons of their lives has been shaken by a diagnosis of multiple myeloma after Brenden sought care for severe back pain.

They are now facing treatment, medical expenses, and time away from work — all while preparing to welcome their baby.
