Brenda is currently facing a serious health flare-up from a rare condition called Mesenteric Panniculitis a painful and unpredictable disease that is triggered and worsened by stress.

However, this wording is now being interpreted in a way that limits her belongings to only basic personal items—such as her clothes, toothbrush, and hairbrush—rather than the furniture, furnishings, and items she brought into the marriage and has packed to take with her.

Because of this, Brenda now has no choice but to hire a new attorney to protect her rights and clearly define what is legally hers.
