Support Brenda's battle with Breast Cancer!

Dear Friends, Family and other supporters,

If you didn’t know, Isaiah’s mom Brenda was diagnosed with Stage 2 breast cancer earlier this year. She had surgery to remove the cancer, but during the procedure, the doctors found it to be more extensive in the lymph nodes which upgraded her cancer to Stage 3. She now needs to undergo Chemotherapy to eradicate the cancer cells, along with treatments to build up her immune system and take care of some tooth infections.

The facility she’s enrolled in is called Lifeworks Wellness Center in Clearwater, FL, which is run by Dr. David Minkoff. The treatments are expensive and she can’t schedule them until they are pre-paid. This is causing her to miss important sessions and making it so she can’t follow the exact treatment plan. She’s already uprooted her life and is currently living in Florida in an Airbnb near the center. The current plan is to do chemo twice a week for two weeks and once a week for the following 8 weeks. At that point, they will reevaluate if more treatments are needed. The total cost is expected to be at least $60,000. She also has an additional $3000 expense in the near future to pay for her place of residence. Brenda has tried to find a job in Florida, but there aren’t many hours left in the day after going to the clinic and the places she’s applied don't seem willing to work with her schedule.

Some family is already helping to support as best as they can, but any other help would be greatly appreciated, as this is and will be a very expensive treatment process.
