Support Bree and her family

My name is Sarah Clements Holt and I am raising funds on behalf of Breanna Towry and her family.

Bree is a loving mother to her 11 year old son Jayse, a wonderful life partner to Kyle Clements for nearly a decade, and an incredible bonus mom to his son Gage. (And don't forget their furbabies too!)

Bree is the type of person who would give you the shirt off her back (and in many instances has done just that!) She’s been living in Atlanta, GA for years now, and is a lifetime bartender. I can promise that if she’s ever made you a drink or you’ve seen her sing karaoke, you remember it fondly! And for the past few years she has been a significant caregiver for her mother.

As you can see, it’s ingrained into Bree to help anybody in any way she can. But now Bree and her family need our help.

In September 2024, while Kyle was deployed with the Air Force National Guard to Germany, Bree was living her normal life when unbeknownst to her, she suffered a stroke. She underwent emergency brain surgery and has been diagnosed with melanoma in her brain. Her recovery from surgery has been incredibly difficult, and further complicated by a second post-operative stroke. But as a surprise to no one, she has been working incredibly hard (3+ hours every single day!) to regain full strength and mobility at inpatient rehabilitation. Kyle returned home as soon as he could, and is now stateside with Bree.

To prepare for her return home from the hospital and the challenging treatments ahead, modifications will need to be made to their home to make it the safest space possible for her to continue to improve and then tackle the treatments in the coming weeks and months. The family will need funds for everything from railings in the house to parking fees for treatment dates to a hot meal, and to account for the loss of income due to their inability to work right now.
