Our sweet 3-year-old niece has recently been diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL). In an instant, our family’s world changed.

She was life flighted to Portland, where she is receiving treatment at Doernbecher Children’s Hospital, with an incredible team of doctors and nurses who are caring for her. While we are grateful for the excellent care she’s receiving, the road ahead will be long and challenging.

The family lives in Sisters, Oregon, which means frequent trips to Portland for treatments, hospital stays, follow-up appointments, and emergency visits whenever needed. Those miles, along with meals, lodging, and time away from work, for both parents quickly adds up.

As they navigate their daughter’s treatment, their priority is being by her side and giving her every bit of love, comfort, and support she needs.

We’ve never been comfortable asking for help, but we’ve learned that we can’t walk this journey alone. If you’re able to donate, every contribution—no matter the size—will help ease the financial burden of travel, medical expenses not covered by insurance, lodging, meals, childcare, and lost income during treatment.
