Support Breanna's sister through a hard medical battle

Hello, my name is Breanna. Recently my sister older sister ended up in the ICU. She went in thinking she had picked up the flu but it was something much worse. After many tests she was found to have a BAD infection throughout her body. She was septic and the infection was imbeded in different places in her body which resulted in multiple surgeries. We'd hoped the surgeries would be the end of things but unfortunately she then had multiple complications with the medications that were supposed to make her better; she has had at least two severe allergic reactions that left her with head to toe hives and painful muscle death throughout her body from another. Thankfully it seems like she is on the mend now after three hospitalizations, surgeries, over a dozen changes in meds, and who knows how many pokes and prods. She has also been diagnosed with diabetes, which came as a suprise to many of us. She has been out of work for several weeks and does not have insurance, benefits, or any kind of short term disability to fall back on. My sister works at a daycare in the pre-k room, working with children to get them ready to go off to kindergarten. She is hardworking and has one of the biggest hearts out there. She loves her job and loves the life she's spent the last few years building, but all this has really put a dent in things and she is a little too headstrong to ask for help herself.
