Support Breanna's Fight Against Kidney Cancer

Donation protected
We are raising these funds for Breanna and her family while they navigate this time of illness and uncertainty. We want to make sure that health and healing are the first things on their minds and not financial worries.

The journey to fight this will be a long one.

Breanna is a wife and wonderful mother of two small children. A few days prior to her 26th birthday, she was diagnosed with Stage 2 kidney cancer. The shock that has radiated through everyone is indescribable.
Breanna is a professional dog groomer. As you know, that is a physically demanding profession, and she needs to take an extended leave of absence to focus on surgery, treatment, and healing. Breanna is always the first person to help anyone; she is the one you can call at any hour, and she will be there for you. Now, we want to be there for her.

Breanna's recent announcement:
"This year, 26, is starting a little different than I had thought it ever would. This year, I thought would be a continuation of the fun. More girls' trips, dancing around a campfire, and not a worry in the world.

This year, a few days before my birthday, we get the news that I have stage 2 kidney cancer. It has been the most terrifying last two weeks and the most confusing time I think I’ve ever been in. Two weeks ago, I was dancing the night away; today, I have to be careful to pick up one of my kids because of the pain the tumor causes. It is the size of a tennis ball. They don’t know for sure what kind it is as it’s a decently complex tumor. Apparently, kidney cancer in itself is rare this young.

It has been the surprise of a lifetime. But, it’s a good reminder and an appreciated present from the universe to stop taking everything so seriously. Things can change in the blink of an eye. Love hard. Laugh harder. And just breathe.

26 will still be a good year. I’ll just be spending the first few months fighting a fight I didn’t think I would have to. I’m so grateful for all the love we have surrounding us.

So here’s to a lot of unknowns, a year of love, fun, and lots of hugs."

We would love to raise funds to help with things while she is out of work these next months and their family is down to one income. They are traveling 2 hours one way for a cancer specialist; gas is adding up. They are looking into other avenues for help as well, but we want to make sure they have their bills and necessities covered for these months while they focus on healing.

Please keep our friend and her family in your prayers.
Anything you can donate past prayers is greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
