Last week, a fire caused serious damage to our business, Bread & Cheese Eatery / And Breakfast Burritos, forcing us to temporarily close our storefront.

On 12/23, (right before Christmas) a fire raged through our building. We’re incredibly grateful that no one was hurt, but the fire has left us with significant damage to our space and equipment, putting day-to-day operations on pause. Like many small, locally owned food businesses, this came at an especially challenging time.

While our brick-and-mortar location is currently closed, we are doing everything we can to keep moving forward — including continuing catering operations for Bread and Cheese, as we work toward rebuilding and reopening.

We've always been about community. Whether you’ve grabbed breakfast burritos with us, hired us to cater an event, or simply supported small local businesses, we are deeply thankful for the outpouring of encouragement we’ve already received.

Funds raised will go directly toward:

-Fire damage cleanup and repairs

-Replacing damaged equipment and supplies

-Covering lost income during closure
