Hi everyone,
I’m reaching out on behalf of Brayden, an 18-year-old high school senior who’s been battling severe illness for the past several months. Brayden is the younger brother of my boyfriend, Josh. What was initially believed to be liver failure has turned out to be something even more serious—aplastic anemia. This rare and life-threatening condition occurs when the bone marrow fails to produce enough blood cells, leading to fatigue, infections, and bleeding. It’s an overwhelming diagnosis, especially at a time when Brayden should be focused on celebrating his senior year.
Brayden has been accepted into MD Anderson in Houston, where he will begin immunotherapy to manage his condition while awaiting a bone marrow transplant. This treatment is his best hope, but it comes with significant medical and travel expenses. Between the ongoing care, the cost of traveling to and staying in Houston, and the financial burden on Brayden’s family, we are asking for your help to support him through this challenging time.
Any donations will go directly toward Brayden’s medical treatments, travel costs, and other expenses to help him get through this difficult period. Every little bit helps and will make a big difference in Brayden’s journey to recovery.
Thank you so much for your kindness and support!
