Our sweet baby boy, Braxton was born with a rare and serious liver condition. At just a few weeks old, he was diagnosed with a life-threatening liver disease that has left him in urgent need of a liver transplant. Nothing could have prepared his parents, Chess and Savannah, for this kind of news. Watching their baby struggle with being poked, prodded, and kept in the hospital room instead of his home has been the hardest thing they've ever faced as young parents.

Braxton has been referred to a specialty hospital several hours from their home where he'll undergo the transplant and receive the care he needs. While they are beyond grateful that there is hope for him, the emotional and financial toll is overwhelming. Both Chess and Savannah will have to miss some work to be by Braxton's side throughout this process. On top of the medical stress, they are now facing the burden of travel expenses, motel stays, meals away from home, and the loss of income during this already devastating time.
