It’s not easy to ask for help—but we’ve seen the power of what happens when we do.

Thanks to your generosity, we were able to provide Bravery with summer speech therapy, and she has continued to make beautiful progress. We are so deeply grateful.

Bravery is our joyful, curious, strong-willed little girl. She has autism and is non-speaking, and she experiences the world in a beautifully unique way. Supporting her means ongoing therapies, co-pays, equipment, and tools that help her feel safe, regulated, and understood but most of these come with high out-of-pocket costs.

Right now, we’re trying to cover:

• Monthly therapy co-pays and medical bills (up to $200/month)

• Special needs clothing to help manage some of her nighttime needs with dignity and comfort

• Sensory tools that would support her development and regulation

We are also in the waiting stage with insurance for her medical safety bed, though we’ve been told there is a chance it will be denied. If that happens, we’ll have to begin the process again with a different (still costly) option to keep her safe at night.

We don’t take any of this support for granted. Every donation, every share, every kind word has helped us feel less alone and more equipped to give Brave what she needs.
