My hometown county, Brantley County, Georgia, has been deeply impacted by the Southeast Georgia wildfires. Many local students and their families are facing unexpected hardship, and the need for support is urgent. As someone who grew up here, I feel a strong responsibility to help my community recover and rebuild. I’m reaching out to friends, family, and anyone with a heart to join me in gathering essential supplies for those directly affected. These are everyday items—body wash, soap bars, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, paper towels, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper goods, Ziploc bags, deodorant, travel-size toothpaste, toothbrushes, hairbrushes, towel sets, washcloths, blankets, pillows, sheet sets, canned food, microwaveable meals, snacks, and juice boxes—that families now urgently need.
I am partnering with local frontline classmates from the Class of '92, many of whom are teachers and administrators of the impacted students. Together, we will ensure that these supplies reach the families who need them most, providing comfort, dignity, and hope during this difficult time. Every donation, no matter the size, will make a difference. Your support will help us show Brantley County that they are not alone, and that their neighbors near and far are ready to stand with them.
Thank you for helping me love on Brantley County during this time. Please keep Southeast Georgia in your prayers. #BrantleyCountyStrong #GeorgiaWildfires #CommunitySupport #GiveHope #HelpFamiliesHeal
