Support Brandy's Journey to Stability and Hope

I am Brandy Star Duerr and I am raising funds for myself, my dog, and in hope of my daughter coming home. I currently am on SSI and recently found out that I can make no more than 85 dollars extra a month or I am penalized and they start taking away from the 943 I currently get per month. They also might take away that amount permanently if I try to return to work in any way. I do not know if I could ever work again but I would like to hope to try. Regardless after I pay rent and my phone I am left with 200 a month. That doesn't include gas or food. I truly live by food banks and charity if I need anything extra throughout the month.

I am in desperate help and am asking for help with a car. I am holding on to $500 that one of my church families helped me with. My goal is to get a car that runs from point a to b. I have a beautiful dog that depends on me and am currently waiting on God for answers with my daughter. She was abused by my biological mother who lost her parental rights to me as a child. The grandmother should be incarcerated but is no longer is in the picture. However being on disability I feel stuck. Like I don't know where to get help. So I am asking my community for help with a vehicle to at least get me to appointments that disability will not take me to. I actually can not even get a ride with transportation to go to SSI. It's extremely difficult and living off of food banks and charity is difficult. I do try but end up negative every month. I ask for this in faith. That I will do good and that also means volunteering at my church every Sunday from am to pm. I am there. And I love being there it is the highlight of my week every week to be able to get to and from church to serve Almighty God.
