A message from Brandson, Nairobi, Kenya:

Hello, my name is Brandson Jeffy and I live in Nairobi, Kenya. I have been enrolled into Jamo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) to take on a Bachelor’s Degree course in Business Information and Technology. My main goal is to complete my university studies and get a chance to engage in the financial market and find a way to change my life, my family and those around me.
Due to the financial struggles, I would highly appreciate well-wishers who would want to aid me in achieving my life goals. Currently, I have to work with the following budget per semester.
1. University course fee at ksh 105,300 per semester.
2. Transportation cost at ksh 36,000 per semester.
3. Lunch cost at ksh 26,000 per semester.
4. Internet cost at ksh 12,000 per semester.
5. Books and study materials cost at ksh 8,000 per semester.
6. Miscellaneous cost at ksh 6,000 per semester.
The entire budget sums up to a cost of ksh 193300 per semester.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Blessings,

Brandson Jeffy.

A Note from Ingo:

this is Ingo. I am a German professor working at Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary in the Christian counseling MA program in Charlotte, NC. (If you are in a rush, make sure to read the below message from Brandson himself).

For about 8 years now, I have been fundraising (and donating myself) towards tuition support for the two sons of my Kenyan ministry friend, Benson Otieno Abwoya, in Nairobi. Right now, Brandson, the younger one, is needing tuition money to move forward with his educational journey (see below message from Brandsdon) and, possibly, gain access to a government scholarship.

For now, I am asking if we can all help this young man get to cover his tuition money for this semester, and... maybe... add a bit more. If you want to become a regular supporter for these two boys or if you need a donation receipt for your taxes, email me here, so I can provide other options than this site.

Again, I know this family. Covid hit them, like millions of others, extremely hard. To get out of the cycle of poverty, we need to foster education and skill training. That is what Brandson is striving for. Please help us out. All monies received will go 100% to the family, and I have an accountability system in place to make sure all monies go to education and tuition. That is our deal. Benson has always been a person of integrity.

Let's get this young man the education he so loves to pursue.

Blessings,
Ingo
