Aloha everyone,

Many may not know that Brandon underwent major open-heart surgery this month. As the owner of a Mobile Notary Business, Brandon is unable to work while following his doctors’ orders for recovery over the next couple of months.
Brandon is now home, doing well, and getting stronger each day. He’s committed to his recovery, taking multiple walks throughout the day to build his strength and stamina.
Brandon didn’t want to burden anyone, knowing life is challenging for us all. However, if you feel moved to contribute, any amount will help support him during this critical recovery period.
A Message from Brandon.
Brandon urges everyone to discuss symptoms like shortness of breath or chest pains with their doctors. He often joked that he was just out of shape and needed to exercise more, but these signs can be critical and should not go unchecked. Early detection can make all the difference.
Timeline of Events
• March 2025: During a routine check-up, Brandon mentions feeling winded during simple tasks like mowing the yard or climbing stairs.
• April 2025: A stress test ordered by his primary care doctor reveals an irregularity, prompting further testing.
• May 2025: A CT scan shows three coronary artery blockages exceeding 70%.
• June 2025: A cardiac angiogram confirms multiple blockages in three major coronary arteries, including the LAD. Stents are deemed unsuitable, and a quintuple bypass surgery is recommended as the best long-term solution.
• July 9, 2025: Brandon undergoes successful quintuple bypass surgery at Queen’s Medical Center.
• July 10, 2025: One of the bypassed native arteries closes completely, requiring an emergency angioplasty to reopen it.
• July 14, 2025: Brandon is discharged from Queen’s Medical Center and begins home recovery, with a minimum of 6-8 weeks of no driving as advised by his doctors.
• July 2025 (Ongoing): Brandon is home, doing well, and getting stronger each day, taking multiple walks to increase his strength and stamina.
