Lani's Fight For Life
Donation protected
My name is Brandon. I'm a single dog dad to two of the best special needs pups in the world. My oldest rescue is Kona, a runt pit that was abused until she was two when I adopted her in 2017. Kona wants nothing more in the world than just to feel safe. Two years later, I brought her home a younger sister, Lani, the most sassy yet sweet Shiba Inu you'll ever meet. The two hit it off immediately and became the best of friends. Less than a year later, Lani had a seizure and I've never been so terrified in my life. After I rushed her to the vet, she was diagnosed with epilepsy. Thankfully, her seizures were mild and manageable.
Fast forward to August 28th, 2024. Little Lani went into a seizure that she wasn't able to come out of. She is currently fighting for her life under 24-hour care and observation and I'm begging for your help. The next 24-48 hours are critical and I'm looking at $5,000-$10,000 in expenses. Euthanasia may be cheap and may even be seen as a peaceful way to end her battle, but I will NEVER stop fighting for her. I will NEVER give up on her.
Please help me save my dog.
UPDATE: My most current estimate for care through September 1st is now $16,800.
In no way do I expect to raise that much, but every dollar makes a difference.
Thank you all for your continued support
