My name is Brandon Tillery-Rosser. I am seeking financial assistance to help cover legal and related expenses arising from employment discrimination and retaliation following a serious medical emergency.

In March and April 2024, I suffered two heart attacks and later underwent open-heart surgery. After providing my employer, Entrust Corporation, with medical documentation and returning to work under approved restrictions, those restrictions were not honored. I was repeatedly required to perform physically demanding tasks that conflicted with my medical limitations, which delayed my recovery and forced me to miss necessary medical appointments.

During this same period, while working at a General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) client site, a GDIT manager with supervisory authority pursued a personal relationship with me. On multiple occasions, a GDIT manager repeatedly requested that I take her out to dinner. During our first meeting outside of work, she asked how I wished to be introduced to the owner of the bar, who is her personal acquaintance. She specifically asked whether I should be introduced as a friend, a coworker, or her husband. This statement made me extremely uncomfortable. I asked whether she was serious, and she responded affirmatively. I clearly stated that I was not comfortable being introduced as her husband, particularly given that this was our first date, and advised that she could introduce me as either a friend or a coworker.

Subsequently, I participated in an interview with GDIT management, during which the same individual served as a member of the interview panel. Following the interview, I approached her to formally end any further romantic or personal involvement. I also raised the issue of whether our prior interaction should be disclosed to senior leadership in order to ensure transparency and compliance with company policies.

In response, she became hostile and began verbally insulting me. She accused me of threatening her and stated words to the effect that she would “get me before I got her.” This reaction was both confusing and alarming. At no point did I threaten her; my intent was to engage in a professional discussion and reach a mutual decision regarding appropriate disclosure. Instead, I was met with intimidation and verbal threats.

Two days after attempting to disclose this relationship to ensure transparency and avoid any conflict of interest, GDIT banned me from the worksite and rescinded a job offer. Shortly afterward, Entrust terminated my employment, citing the site ban despite previously confirming that work and reassignment options were available.

I have filed formal complaints with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and have brought a civil action asserting claims of disability discrimination, failure to accommodate, retaliation, and sexual harassment under federal and state law. These proceedings have resulted in significant legal expenses, loss of income, and loss of health benefits during a critical period of recovery.

Funds raised will be used to help cover legal fees, basic living expenses, and costs related to ongoing medical care while this case proceeds. Any support is appreciated.
