Help Brandon Thompson Fight Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma
Hi Everyone! This is Brandon's mother Charlene,
I put together and am managing this Go Fund Me Campaign to raise money for Brandon during this challenging season in his life so he can focus on healing and recovery in Jesus name.
My name is Brandon Thompson, and I’m reaching out during one of the hardest times of my life. Recently, I received a diagnosis that completely turned my world upside down — Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma.
Not to mention when I went in to have a Chemo port installed. They gave me Anesthesia and caused my throat tumor to collapse into my air way and I couldn't breathe, so they put me on a Ventilator thank God because they almost had to do an emergency trache for me to breathe. Being on that for 4 days messed my throat up a bit and have had trouble talking ever since. For those who know me, know I love to talk and sing. I'm believing for God to restore my singing for sure.
Since then, I’ve begun the long and challenging journey of chemotherapy and radiation treatments. While I’m staying strong in faith and determined to fight, these treatments have taken a huge toll — both physically and financially.
I’ve had to reduce work hours significantly and focus on recovery, which has made it extremely difficult to keep up with everyday expenses, including bills, groceries, transportation to appointments, and essential living costs.
Anyone who knows me knows that I’ve always been the one to help others — whether it’s family, friends, or someone in need. Now, I find myself in a place where I have to do something I never thought I’d do — ask for help.
Your support, in any amount, will help relieve some of the stress that comes with this battle. It will allow me to focus on what truly matters right now: healing and getting stronger every day.
If you’re unable to give financially, please consider sharing this campaign and keeping me in your prayers. Every act of kindness makes a difference and I am extremely grateful for your prayers and encouragement as well.
my Treatments will are to be 6 Chemo treatments once every 3 weeks, blood tests the next day and 1 week later after each treatment.
then after 6 Chemo treatments, 17 Radiation treatments once per day for 17 days straight not counting weekends.
I am also taking a lot of supplements to counter the treatments concerning my immune system support.
Special dieting of course plays a huge part of a successful recovery.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for taking the time to read my story and for being part of my fight.
With gratitude and faith,
Brandon Thompson
