This page is dedicated to our family member and friend, Brandon Morgan. Brandon is 28 years old as of this past October, a recent graduate of Bucks County Community College, and an avid hiking enthusiast and gym lover.
Brandon was born with Loeys–Dietz syndrome, a rare genetic connective-tissue disorder that can cause life-threatening cardiovascular complications—especially involving the aorta.
In the summer of 2020, during the height of the pandemic, Brandon experienced one of the most dangerous complications of his condition: growth of an aortic dissection, and suffered an aneurysm of the heart. He underwent emergency, life-saving surgery and spent time in the hospital recovering under close observation. With strict blood pressure control and medication, he stabilized for a while.
In the summer of 2025, Brandon faced two major surgeries just days apart, followed by an additional heart surgery in November 2025 to place a stent.
Now, Brandon is preparing to face the most complex and invasive surgery yet—a 13-hour procedure expected to take place in the next few months. His recovery will likely leave him bedridden for at least three months and healing for close to a year.
This past year has taken a physical, emotional, and financial toll on Brandon. The stress, uncertainty, and ongoing recovery have left him unable to work for extended periods of time and have interrupted his continued education in radiology.
We, his family and friends, are asking for your help.
Any amount you can give will help ease Brandon’s burden during his recovery—whether it goes toward medical expenses, personal bills, or simply allowing him to focus on healing without fear of falling behind.
Your support—through donating or even just sharing—means more than you know.
Thank you for being part of Brandon’s journey through this incredibly difficult time.
Much Gratitude,
-Brandon's Family and Friends
