Help Brandi Through Surgery and Recovery

Friends of Brandi are reaching out to ask for help during a difficult time.

A few weeks ago, Brandi received the news that she’ll need an intensive neck surgery to prevent further paralysis. Signs of paralysis began after a fall at a music festival in Knoxville last April, and over time her condition has worsened — now affecting her right arm. Her surgeon explained that once paralysis begins, it’s very difficult to reverse, and delaying surgery could risk paralysis from the neck down.

The upcoming surgery will take 6–8 hours, followed by 4–5 days in the hospital and at least 2 months of recovery, including physical therapy.

We’re raising funds to help Brandi cover:

• Medical costs and deductibles not covered by insurance

• Travel and recovery-related expenses

• Lost income during her recovery period

Brandi has always been the first to show up for others — through her life’s work supporting military members, veterans, and first responders, and through her endless kindness and generosity. Her spirit and spunk are unstoppable, and now it’s our turn to show up for her.
