With open hearts and unyielding hope, we are reaching out to ask for your urgent support, prayers, and generosity for our beloved Brandi Ross, youngest daughter of Adam and Karen Ross, and sister to Brooke and Adam Jr.

On the morning of August 11th, 2026, Brandi had left the gym and was headed to work when she was involved in a life altering accident that tragically resulted in a traumatic brain injury. She was rushed to ECMC where doctors in the ICU Trauma Unit determined that immediate brain surgery was necessary. It was unclear if Brandi was going to survive the risky surgery. Surgeons performed a craniectomy, which resulted in partial removal of a section of Brandi’s skull, in order to relieve the increasing pressure on her brain. For several weeks, Brandi was in a coma and on a ventilator. She has faced battles with complications and unique situations that doctors rarely see and are continuing to try and figure out. Brandi currently remains in critical care in the Trauma ICU at Erie County Medical Center where she is FIGHTING FOR HER LIFE daily! She is currently battling meningitis, a very serious and dangerous brain infection. Doctors have determined that, as soon as she is stable enough, Brandi will undergo 2 more necessary, delicate surgeries. Considering the severity of her brain injuries, the Neurology doctors currently anticipate Brandi to be in the hospital until February of 2027.

As anyone would expect, Adam, Karen, Brooke and AJ are dedicated to going to the hospital during visiting hours to be by Brandi’s side. This has been, and continues to be, an incredibly emotional time for everyone who loves her. There is still so much uncertainty about not only day to day conditions, but also how this will affect Brandi in the future. In addition, the financial strain is growing alongside everything else. While Brandi is focusing entirely on fighting to recover, the medical bills and life expenses are quickly mounting. Because of the severity of a traumatic brain injury, her treatment plan will likely require intensive, long-term care beyond that of her hospital stay.

At this point, every act of kindness means so much! If you are able, please consider donating. Any amount, no matter how small, makes a massive difference in Brandi's continuing care. Your donations will go directly toward immediate medical bills and specialized ICU/hospital care, long-term rehabilitation that could include physical, occupational, and speech therapies, specialized equipment and medications, and daily living expenses and bills. Please also consider spreading the word, as it is just as valuable as a financial gift - share this link on your Facebook, Instagram, group chats, or via email.

Brandi is a vibrant and loving person with the kindest heart who always shows up for others. Now, she faces the toughest fight of her life as she begins a long, challenging road to neurological and physical recovery. We ask that you please keep Brandi and her family in your thoughts and prayers during this incredibly difficult time.

*We will post regular updates on Brandi’s progress right here on this page.

THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts for your kindness, compassion, and support!
