Most of you who know Paiton, know her boyfriend Brailey. Brailey is one of the nicest, polite, caring young men I have met. Always happy and smiling. On September 25th, on his way home from work, he was in a car accident. Brailey has been a driver for NYS for the last 8 months and due to the accident, Brailey has lost the independence to drive due to accident-induced seizures caused by the traumatic brain injury. This means that Brailey cannot keep his current job or the weekly overtime that came along with it to support himself and Paiton. Brailey has been unable to work for the last 6 weeks and will not be cleared to drive for at least 12 months. We are asking for a goal of $10,000 to help pay for gas, utilities, groceries, and rent to offset the loss of wages as they navigate through the next 12 months of what lies ahead until Brailey can drive again. There are still so many unknowns and anything will help.
