Hi, my name is Brad. I had a heart attack and am unable to work anymore. I have filed for my disability, but this process is a long one. When I got out of the hospital for my heart attack, I lost control of my pickup and hit a tree doing 65 mph, which put me right back in the hospital with a broken hip.

We have no transportation for my wife and daughter to get to their jobs. My son's girlfriend lent us a golf cart for them to get to work. The weather is getting cold and they will no longer be able to drive the golf cart for work. Please help a God-fearing family in need. We've always stuck together and worked as a team. Please help us to get transportation for work and my doctor's appointments. TY and God bless everyone...
