Driven by his passion for innovation and excellence, Brad quickly established himself as a key contributor, particularly in composites. His expertise flourished in the materials test labs, where his dedication and skill significantly advanced Blue Origin's technological capabilities. Brad always took the time to teach, guide, and support his fellow Blue family. Brad's commitment to his work was parallelled by his love for his family. He leaves behind his wife, Alana, and their two boys. Brad will be remembered not only for his professional achievements but also for his enduring kindness, work ethic, and the lasting impact he made in both his coworkers and family.
