Hello everyone, this is Jeff and Tabatha Wright, and we’re reaching out on behalf of someone who has been an incredible blessing in our lives — our dear friend, Brad Smith.

Brad has spent 24 years in the medical field, serving others with compassion, humility, and a heart that never stops giving. Anyone who knows him knows he’s the first to show up, the first to help, and the last to ever ask for anything in return. He’s a true people pleaser in the purest way — not out of obligation, but because helping others is simply who he is.

But now, Brad is facing a battle that he cannot face alone.

After years of heart issues and nine stent procedures, his heart is failing, and he has now been placed on the heart transplant list. The journey ahead is long, uncertain, and overwhelming — medically, emotionally, and financially.

His support, kindness, and steady presence have meant more than words can express. He’s been a true blessing — the kind of friend you thank God for.

And now, it’s our turn to show up for him.

Brad isn’t someone who finds it easy to accept help. He’s always been on the giving end, never the receiving end. But this is one of those moments in life when community matters… when love matters… when stepping up for someone who has stepped up for so many becomes the most important thing we can do.

Medical bills, travel to specialists, time, medications, and daily living expenses are adding up quickly. A heart transplant journey is incredibly expensive, and we want Brad to focus on one thing only: fighting for the new heart he desperately needs.
